Bought Fifa points but not showing when I go on the game

hello my name isn’t Nathan jones. I have just bought some fifa pints on the Xbox app on my phone in which I spent 20 pounds on. However I have just gone on the Fifa 18 companion app to spend these Fifa points but they are not showing I was wondering why

microsoft points not showing up

how can i buy games i bought 4000 points and when i call it is showing i redeem the code and the points are on the account but when i go to buy something such as the black ops 2 season pass my points are not showing up why is this im getting extremly frustrated

when I played COD BoppsII a message notifique me to start fifa points. when I finished the game I open fifa and I see that I didnt have fifa point but the bill of this month I paid M Live and 7,49 for fifa points that not bought and it isnt appear. Wtf???

You first have to login to your FIFA game on your xbox for to points to get active.

After that you can use them on your companion app.

I have a similar problem. I bought 1000 points yesterday but my account does not reflect the points. But when I go the microsoft billing page, it shows that I bought them but also hasn't credited the points.

I’ve done that but can’t see it, it shows all the fifa points he has bought for a few weeks to play on it…I have it on my bank statement too!! X

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your FIFA points.

It looks like this is a
known issue with FIFA points on the EA server.

There's currently a backlog of purchased coins being updated correctly to your accounts - we believe this is in large part simply due to the huge traffic on the stores that the launch of the game has generated. We're therefore asking you to wait
up to 24 hours before contacting customer support to give the backlog a chance to clear.
