Bought FC 24 via EA Play Not available on my app list

We understand that you're trying to install FC 24 for Xbox after your purchase.

Just to clarify, have you checked your "Ready to Install" list on your Xbox to see if the game is there?

If it's not there, you may need to check if you are using the same account upon purchase of the game. You can do that by signing into your account through this link: Microsoft account | Order history. Then, power cycle your console:

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
   
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
   Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
   
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
   
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.
   

If the purchase is not visible in your Microsoft account, please contact EA Play support for assistance with installing the game. They should be able to help you troubleshoot the issue and get the game downloaded onto your Xbox as it was purchased through link on Fifa 23.

Also, I haven't redeemed the in game currency. All I did was exchange my Microsoft points for a voucher then bought ea fc points but for the wrong version. It should have been ea fc 25 and I purchased ea fc 24 points.

Have you tried to purchase via the website?
