    I have bought the new DLC of Dragon ball fighterz with a wrong microsoft account. Can the DLC pack be transfered to my other microsoft account?

    Bought a game with wrong account

    Hi, yesterday I bought a game using the wrong account. I never play with it. Is there a way I can transfer my purchase to my main account ?

    My boyfriend told me if I install the game in my Xbox 360 and let the useless account in, it will still work. I'm just tired of all these, I don't want this useless account to stay in my console, in fact I wish I could just delete it.

    Thanks for answering, sadly Microsoft is pro when it comes to confuse me.

    Bought wrong Dlc.

    So, i accidentally bought the French version of Rezurrection dlc map packs. Would this in any way affect the gameplay (Since i have the english version of the game) and would i be able to switch it over to the English version?

    Thanks for updating us with your reply. As your order number isn't being listed, you may wish to go ahead and click the link that says "Why don't I see my purchase in the list?" for further information. Typically, this would be due to it being a non-refundable
    item per the
    Microsoft Terms of Sale    .

    From what you've previously posted, it does look as if you're going about the process correctly as outlined in our support article entitled

    Request an Xbox digital product refund    . Should you need assistance, I would further recommend
    contacting Xbox Support by requesting a call back or chat as our Ambassadors have previously recommended .
