Bought DLC for Layers of fear but shows I havent

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and make sure that the DLC is showing as "completed". Once confirmed, for cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

After that install the DLC. Go to "My games and apps" > Full Library > Installed games > Highlight the game > Manage games and add-ons > Click the game icon.

Layers of Fear is a pretty good one. The DLC is highly recommended too.

I have the same problem. I purchased "Layers of Fear: Masterpiece Edition" (containg Layers of Fear and the new DLC) yesterday and now I can't find and install both games in my Xbox Account. Could you please help me and fix this?

I'm having the same problem. I bought the "Layers of Fear: Masterpiece Edition" and can't install the main game or the DLC. Could you please fix this as soon as possible and let us know how long this is going to take?

I caved and picked up the game on ps4 ( Gasp )

The book part definetly got me aswell.

Will definetly pick this up on the xbox if it launches this way. Just to experience it on the surround sound.
