Bought digital premium edition, season pass not downloaded, says i still need to buy

Like the title says, bought the digital premium ed. but season pass didn't download and store still has $25 price tag like I don't own it....

What gives MS?

bought digital premium ed. which includes season pass, but season pass didnt download, not in download list in game mgmt, and store still says i need to buy.

others in support threads for FFXV say they are having same issue, none that I found have got an answer from support regarding this.

with the first DLC coming on Dec. 22 and to include exclusive content for season pass holders, this needs to be addressed now.

what gives MS?

 

Rise of Tomb Raider - Season Pass

So the first DLC was released today and I go to download it and it says I have to pay for it. So I check my season pass and it says I can manage it. Then I check my Digital Deluxe Edition which it says I have to buy. Then I check the standard version
which it wants me to buy. Why does it not even say I bought either version when I bought the Deluxe Edition and can still play it but the store says I own nothing but the season pass that doesn't even work?
