Bought custom controller -I don't see my 5,000 points

Credits for that offer should be added to your account about 14 business days after the controller ships. If you still don't have them, you would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program. They are separate from the Xbox Rewards
program.

The keys were in my account. Don't see the 5,000 points though in my pending section, unless they're supposed to come later.

I just wanted to point out that once you accumulate 5,000 + points, it is automatically converted into your local currency. I would double check if that was converted by checking your account balance.

As for why it is still pending, I would contact Customer Support for that so they can actually look into your account and see what is going on. Unfortunately, there is no advice other than that to provide about why your credits are still pending.

Rewards credits are automatically transferred into your local currency after 5,000 + on the 15th and 30th day of each month and will remain pending if less than 5,000. Since you have more than 5,000 and it has been pending for a while, I strongly recommend
contacting customer support.

There was an Xbox Rewards offer to receive 15,000 credits ($15) if you purchased a controller between December 1 and December 17. The credits should have shown as pending about 15 days after the controller shipped. If you don't see them on the Rewards site,
you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for Rewards support to check into it for you.

Otherwise, the Microsoft Rewards program was offering 5,000 points which you would receive about 14 days after the controller shipped. You would need to contact their customer support if that is the offer you're looking for credits from.

I don't want a custom gamer picture, that's the point. I want my old gamer picture that I bought on the Xbox 360 back.
