Bought Croft edition Shadow of the tomb raider, didn't receive my season pass.

I havent received my season pass.

It tells me i need to buy it but i should get one with the croft edition purchase.

I can't make a chat with microsoft support as it says invalid characters in name and i changed my name to a normal one with normal characters but it doesnt change

Tomorrow we will see an announcement from Square Enix about the next Tomb Raider game.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

Possibly the last in the Lara Croft story.

Personally I can't wait as Tomb Raider and Rise of were both fantastic.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider is "climatic finale of Lara Croft's origin story"

Looks like a possible release of September 14, 2018.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider Sountrack

Hello, I purchased a digital copy of Shadow of the Tomb Raider Croft Edition. It says it includes the game Soundtrack (OST), but I don't know where to claim this. Any idea where I am supposed to download my soundtracks? Thanks.

Game was bought for Xbox One S on 09/12/2018.

Sorry to hear about the game pass. Have you went to my games and apps, then to shadow of tomb raider hit the menu button go to manage game, then ready to install. It should show there. Sometimes in new games the game pass doesn't show until a new DLC comes
out. Happened that way for me for Far Cry 5.

I also have the Croft edition of Shadow of the Tomb Raider. When you look in the manage game section for the game. It does not show you the Season Pass as being installed. We do own it, but the store is a bit fickle with displaying things we own properly.
When you select the Season pass in the store that displays that you have to purchase the content. The store page should update that you actually do indeed own the pass.

I ran into this on Shadow of the Tomb Raider; Croft Edition. Go to the store and the version you bought and see if
Install is clickable, fixed it for me on that game, started downloading DLC instantly.

Lara Croft ROTR

I havent received my Avatar items after i preordered Shadow of the Tomb Raider on the microsoft store. Xbox support told me that the promotional team were the only ones that could help me and this is the only way to contact them.

Any help is much appreciated

Never received mine either - pre-ordered Shadow of the Tomb Raider (Croft) through Microsoft, and neither support or Square Enix was able to answer that exact question. I gave up.
