i went into the xbox store and i bought cod points for modern warfare remastered and i meant to buy them for modern warfare is there anyway i could get a refund.

I see, thanks for the information.

What's probably happening is that you can only use COD Points on the platform where you bought them. Items bought with COD Points are shared across all platforms linked to your Activision account unless they are platform-specific exclusive items.

Cloud Gaming counts as you are playing on Xbox, so you will have to download COD directly from your PC, and not access it from Cloud Gaming so you can use your CoD points mate.
