Bought Castle Crashers Remasterd on website, nowhere to be see on Xbox One

I purchased Castle Crashers Remastered for Xbox One whenever they were running a promotion for people who had previously bought Castle Crashers on Xbox 360. Well, on the store page on Xbox.com it says "Already purchased: 9/10/2015" but on my Xbox One it
is not in my Games app at all (not under "Available" or "Already downloaded" or etc).

Can anyone help with this?

Major Nelson posted that Castle Crashers is supposed to be free to people who bought it on Xbox 360 today and its trying to charge me for it. a little help here?

Castle Crashers Remastered not available as free download on Xbox One

I'm still waiting for access to a free copy Castle Crashers Remastered on Xbox One.

I bought Castle Crashers within the time the promotion stated to get free access the Remastered version.

But so far Castle Crashers Remastered has only appeared with a option to buy.

I have gone through the required trouble shooting steps with Xbox support, and they asked me to report the issue here.

 

Probably because you werentryingnthe previous version you need ton queue the remastered version

Thatbbeing said you have to pay the 5 dollar fee now since you didnt queue the correct one

Fyi best to uae the console

How about searching for the game directly on the console store? Have you tried checking if it shows as Install or Purchase?

 

@SingCongButas25 Searching on the store yields no results.

 

What region does your locale is set up to? If the game itself is not showing on the marketplace on the console, then that sure is a problem itself. Have you tried contacting support to see if they know something about the game availability on the one?

 

@SingCongButas25 Wow, never even thought to check this. For some reason my Xbox One was set to Australia, and I'm in the US. Thanks for the tip!
