    Bought Burnout Just before it went on sale.


    I unfortunately bought the game Literally 2-3 days before it went on sale for $20AU and I now see its on sale $5AU. Is it at all possible for me to ask for a refund? Cause it just seems unfair that I bought it just a few days before and had I known about
    the sale I would of waited.

    HI Skizelli,

    It's highly unlikely, but you could try asking Billing Phone Support, although chances are they will not entertain the request as all purchases do say 'no refunds' and so on and this was more poor timing than anything else, but at least you will have asked.

    You would need to try contacting support and speak to billing, but there is no guarantee that they will issue one.

    If the OP is complaining because he bought the Xbox One as a day One console or early on before the console went on sale, then he's just feeling entitled and upset because he didn't take the time to wait. If it's because he got the console AFTER it went
    on sale, that just means he didn't do enough looking around before buying in order to find the best deals - either way, the fault lies with him. Sorry buddy, but it's the truth.
