Bought builders pack xbox360 not working

I bought the Xbox 360 version of minecraft builders pack last night for my daughter and the game is not registering it. It is saying the textures its supposed to come with are under trial and wont work. Some assistance would be highly appreciated
because this is 17 dollars spent that can't be used and my daughter really wants to play. I have tried redownloading the game the pack emptying the cache and everything to no avail. Thanks.

Have you tried installing the pack, turning the console off and on and trying again?

This often fixes things, hope this helps

If so you would need to own the base game of Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition in order to use the content.

We bought the Minecraft edition and downloaded the game. We went to down load the Builder's Pack and it came up with an error. When we entered the code again it says it has already been used. I guess it will go back to the store tomorrow.

The builder pack is just a trial, to obtain the full versions you have to pay individually for them.
