Bought Attack On Titan game during the promotion to get season 1 free but didn't get the show.

I was redirected here after talking to support a while, and sending screenshots. I just want what i thought I bought here.

I too bought the Attack on Titan game during the promotion and never received my code for the anime, but I bought it in February during the anime sale. I believe the promotion was for the first half of season 1 free so I bought the 2nd half of season 1 a
few days later. Both appear in the screenshot I took.

The xbox store was not working properly when I used the promotions link, sending me to the wrong sales, so I purchased the game from a store search. Will that still count and I will be sent the codes?

Having the same issue as chocobo ranger. Talked to support, they said that I should have received the code by now and to try the forum. Seems very little activity in this thread and not even sure that chocobo ranger got his code, I don't have much luck that
this will get resolved for me.

 

I would like to second this problem. I also purchased the game, as well as bought season two of the anime and waited patiently for my code for season one to watch it. I would either like my code, or I would like a refund on the game and season two which
I haven't watched yet because the free code for season one was the deciding factor in my purchase.

 

I too never got my code for, "Season 101 of Attack on Titan free with purchase of Attack on Titan the game." It's been over 2 weeks.

I still haven't heard anything. I just posted on a few other posts from people with the same issue, If I get a reply I'll let you know. On some of the other posts the admin suggested having a screenshot of proof of purchase. I bought the 2nd half of season
1 because I think the promotion was only for the first half of season 1, here is the screenshot of both purchases.
