Bought ATOMs - Wasn’t given ATOMs (FO76) and Microsoft won’t refund or give what I bought

Within the
Microsoft Service Agreement:

• Refund Policy. Unless otherwise provided by law or by a particular Service offer, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you believe that Microsoft has charged you in error, you must contact us within 90 days of such charge. No
  refunds will be given for any charges more than 90 days old. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future. This refund

When you sign into your Microsoft account, under your Purchase / Order History, Do you see the 39.99 purchase / transaction there

that you speak of? Let us know!

View your Microsoft Store order history


Also, have you spoken to an actual Live Xbox Customer Service billing agent over the phone?

Bethesda has stated its not their problem. They said its Microsofts and then told me to go to their site (bethesda) which has info on how to potentially fix this issue... the problem? Their site just links to microsoft support as their solution.

What you are going to have to do is talk to bethesda.

All MS can do is see the transaction they can not tell if you received the items or not nor can they tell if you used the items or not.
