Bought Argents and did not receive them

Bought argents and have not received any argents, I've logged and relogged my account restarted my Xbox. I've contacted the skyforge team multiple times with no response. It has been 2 days since I made the purchase and funds have cleared my bank account.
I am actively trying to fix the issue. I contacted Xbox support and was sent here to report the issue on the forums.

Bought season pass for Skyforge, have not received items.

Also bought the season pass on the 16 and have yet to receive it. Bought some argents today and still haven't received those. My.com redirected me back to Microsoft during my ticket. 8( Getting a little frustrating.

Same issue here, purchased argents and the season pass and have yet to receive anything several days later. My.com also sent me back to Xbox during my ticket. 8(

You have to create a ticket on my.com and contact xbox for a full refund, they are looking onto the issue and have no idea when its going to be fixed

This can sometimes happen while there is a service alert. Wait until the service alert is over and then launch Apex Legends and see if you have been credited.

If not, you can go here and submit a refund request. Be advised it can take up to 72 hours for your claim to be looked into and judged.

First, check to make sure the charge isn't marked "pending". That usually means it's temporary and should remove itself within 48 hrs.

Secondly I would see if they show up in your account by tomorrow. If they don't you should take this issue to Microsoft Support so they can either fix the order or issue a refind.
