Bought ancient coins in Sea of thieves with wrong email

When you buy the Ancient Coins, they will go to the Gamertag that is connected with the email address that you are logged in with and buying the coins through. It's very important, if you have different accounts being used on the same device/laptop/PC/console
that you make sure you are logged in to the correct account/email that you want the purchase for. I'm not sure if they can refund this or not, as it can't be transfered, but your best bet is to contact Support and explain to them what happened. Best of luck!

The problem I'm having with the link is that it shows an error code.

It's telling me that what was on that link has been moved or just doesn't exist anymore. Even in the game itself, it says that the store is unavailable.

I'm from Belgium, so I think that maybe the reason the link doesn't work?

xbox.com/refund and see if you can get a refund.

I can not go to the e-mail that is used for my Xbox account. I did use the account that I used to buy the game, so shouldn't the ancient coins be transferred to the game?

That's wonderful news that you have obtained access back to your other email. I highly suggest to change your email all to the same one to save any confusion in the future.

Were you able to get a hold of support in the end?

As mentioned above, try and request a refund on the account that you purchased the coins on. Then once that has all been processed, keep in mind refunds are not instant, sign in to the account you wish to purchase the coins on and double check emails to
save any further confusion.

The best chance you have is filing a refund request and hope for the best since they manually review it and see if you're eligable for a refund.
