Where did you purchased this console? I mean, from what country the console is? (Because if I recall correctly Pakistan is not a supported market for Xbox consoles)

In the meantime, answering your other questions. If your the energy in your house fluctuates the best option is get a UPS, those devices handle better the energy fluctuation

You are correct, Pakistan is currently not in supported region list, and I knew this for a long time. Plus, my current account is US region because I lived there for about 5 years.

I bought the console in UAE, and was told from the sales guy that the console supports multi-voltage & frequency. Even though the plug type between the two countries is different, I already have a power strip - connected from the wall - that support the plug type.

Without the power strip, my home electronics won't be connected because. Currently, the power strip I am using doesn't have any built-in protection.

What do I need to look for when buying a high quality power strip?

For getting a UPS, I have a tight budget and I have to wait for a time to get one.

Also, I haven't decided yet to buy a stabilizer. I was looking to get a stabilizer because the voltage in my area fluctuates sometimes. So the stabilizer will help me against brownouts and overvoltages.

If I were to run the console without a stabilizer, is it fine?
