    Bought an Xbox One X on 11/13 and now they do promotions


    Didn't Phil Spencer say in an interview prior to the release of the Xbox One X that there would not be any deals or promotions for the system this holiday season? Why is Microsoft giving early adopters the shaft? Granted PUBG wasn't released at the time
    of the systems launch but why couldn't they provide a pre-release code? Make us happy Microsoft!

    Xbox one kept freezing now not turning on

    xbox one is 13 months old. Last few weeks it has been freezing.now it won't turn on and i have one very unhappy 11 year old. Game where i bought it won't do anything. Is it fixable?

    I bought mine in June, and I haven't received anything yet either.
