    After spending a hour and 1/2 watching the live agent queue go down to 2... then jump back up to 40...

    I would like to know why I can't simply email to report the issue...

    I am wondering why I am posting on this stupid forum, after spending probably north of 10 grand on Microsoft products....

    Sigh...

    long time customer and fan who is extremely frustrated by this terrible customer service.

    Still haven't recieved the Yarny Pre-order item.

    I also have not received my code from Xbox for the yarny avatar item as I pre-order the game on 02/08/2016. In which the description for the pre-order read that the code would be delivered over Xbox live 7-10 days after the games release.

    If I don't like the price a store is selling an item. I go to another store. I don't stand on the sidewalk in front of the store with a sign complaining that the store charge too much.
