bought an add on which i thought was a game, can i get a refund?

I bought the french version of "Dragonborn" Accidentally, I feel that it was wayyyy too difficult to see the "Francais" part of the name, It wasn't even visible on the first part of the add-ons page. i want to see If I could get refunded for it, but I don't
know where to go to see about getting it refunded, I thought someone on this forum may know / be able to help me.

Actually you both are wrong. If you bought the game in the first three days it came out, you can get a refund. Which is what I did.
