Sorry to hear you are having issues purchasing DLC. I presume if you go to the order history, there is no successful transaction. What you are most likely seeing is a banks pre auth or ringfence to make sure during the transaction, the portion of money can't be used for anything else. If all of the attempts failed, it will all be returned.

It's the same sort of thing if you purchase something from Amazon and then cancel the order. The money is not returned for up to 5 days.

Bought Escalation pack 4 for black ops 1. Been wanting to buy it for over 10 years. Bought it and at first it simply wasn't showing the maps I bought, but then after a while of trying to fix it, the DLC pack completely disappeared from my owned add ons. Got charged for it 100% for sure. Hope this can get resolved.

Please, look for the purchase in your Transaction History.

It works while the battery is charging and for a little while after but then it starts all over again. I bought a brand new play and charge kit thinking that might be the issue but that didn't work.
