Bought Ace Combat 7 Launch Edition but haven't got any code

The terms of the offer state that the codes for the bonus
content will be sent out within 7-10 days of the expiration of the offer. But,
since you pre-ordered a physical copy of Ace Combat 7 from Amazon, you would not receive a digital code for redemption via your Xbox as that is only for digital purchases. You should receive the code from Amazon either in the physical contents
themselves, or by email.

We understand that you're concern here is in regards to the code for Ace Combat 6 not being received yet.

It has been mentioned already, but if this was purchased through Amazon, then it would have to be handled by Amazon.

yes thank you, i talked to them, and they said they cannot help and redirected me to Namco which after sending them an E Mail to their support group, i got a reply with a hard deny of any help.

some of the representative of the support group said that they are sorry and cannot help me, period.

and amazon who redirected me don't want to take any responsibility for advertising a pre ordered game on their site that doesn't accomplish their part of the purchase once it is over.
