    I have had the gears of war 4 limited edition console got on the 6 of October and it's been a month

    I bought my gears of war4 limited edition console and still have not received my codes for the gears of war collection and I even pre ordered it as well so why have I not received my codes. Never got a message or email with the codes

    code for gears of war 4 swarm bundle already redeemed .

    I just used a code to redeem the gears of war4 swarm bundle and it says it was already used . support checked for me and found that my code was used on 8/6/16 before the game came out. can anyone help.?

    You would need to contact the retailer you purchased the console from to set up an exchange.

    I have same issue. Bought the Xbox One S bundle with GoW4 1TB. I got the codes last night. Codes for Gears of War and Gears of War 3 didn't work.

    I bought the xbox one s gears 5 bundle on Amazon it comes with the cards for the digital codes.

    All of them worked fine except for the gears of war 3 particular one.

    As stated the codes come inside the box, It's usually on a card inside, My gears 4 bundle came with a few extra cards, Bonus in game items, Xbox Live trial etc. If it's not in there you may want to talk to the retailer that sold it to you.
