Bought a Xbox one s

hi, and thanks in advance for any information that may help. I’ve messaged Microsoft themselves but got nowhere....was told they would contact me back but haven’t. I bough a Xbox one s yesterday which came with games and unused digital downloads etc. The
seller bought it at Xmas and also paid for gold membership. He said this was with the console and not himself. I know very little about these I have created a profile for myself but before I do anything like resetting the console or changing the profile really
need some advice. Thanks Steve

I bought a xbox live gold subscription, directly on the xbox one S.

But this one does not work, I bought it on December 2, 2016.

Bought and Xbox one s and it stated on your site rewards if you bought an Xbox one s u wud receive £30 in points on my account received Xbox one s and nothing ? Spoke to support which have pointed me this why can u help or what I can do

 

From what I understand, you've purchased a used Xbox One S that came with some games and some unused digital codes?

The safe thing to do first is to
give your console a factory reset. Once you reset and get to the initial console setup, you can re-download your created profile by logging in with the email and password you have set.

Next, start installing the disc-based games (this may take a while for each). While the games are installing, you can redeem your codes through the Xbox store page, or
redeem it here. The redeemed digital codes for games would either automatically begin installing, or show up in the "Ready to Install" list in "My Games & Apps". If your Xbox Live Gold membership code
also came as a digital code, you can redeem it the same way.

Once you get all of that done, you can begin playing your games!
