How long does it take to show up as reward pending activated my 12mth subscription on the 8th of January.

Redeemed 12 months of Xbox Gold

Over Christmas I was given two 3 months subscription cards and a 6 month subscription card. I redeemed them and I got my 12 months, but it is not showing up anywhere on my Xbox live rewards account, I have nothing pending, and it is showing I was never credited. Any
help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Unless you were referred by a friend, there are no offers to receive credits for purchasing/renewing gold.

I like the rewards - but wish you could see the same options either via PC or the app/console.

But having said that, over the last two years I have managed to get enough points to cover my 12 mth gold subscription, without needing to outlay real cash

No I cancelled repeat billing same day and my subscription for 3 mths gold has been set up for last 2yrs without a hitch
