Bought a Xbox Code but cannot buy EA Access

Discus and support Bought a Xbox Code but cannot buy EA Access in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I don't know why I can't, this is completely stupid if I have to use a credit card to buy EA Access...     I don't know why I can't, this is completely stupid if I have to use a credit card to buy EA Access...

    If I can use Xbox money please tell me how.

    I just bought an Xbox One S, I have an EA Access code but I have the same error and cannot download EA games...

    Will Xbox Live Gold Cards work with EA Access?

    i assume you speaking about prepaid xbox currency (gold refers to the online subscription). And no you cannot, either use a credit card or go the gamestop and buy a ea access code from them

    Since EA Access is a third party subscription, it cannot be purchased with Microsoft currency. You can only purchase the subscription with a credit card/Paypal at the moment. They are planning on selling prepaid subscription cards in the future.

    Basically Xbox done me a deal to buy Xbox live to get ea access so i bought 3 months of Xbox live and it said that I have to wait 7-10 day for a code for ea access and I already spoke to 2 people from Xbox

    I found the solution, you need to enter First the code of EA Access trial, but I did not have that code so I bought a month of EA Access and then reedeem the code of BF1, and it worked
