Bought a used bundle. Cant play downloaded games.

Ive bought an xbox one with assassins creed black flag and unity on it. They are downloaded to the xbox, but i cant play it. Ive tried to use the redeem code, but it says its already been used. The previous owner has deleted her account. I thought the games
were linked with the console, and not her account, but i suppose i was wrong. Is there anything i can do?

16 character game code

I bought my xbox one console bundle which includes a game redeem code of 16 characters authentically bought from Argos.

I tried to enter my code into the use code section but it suggests I use a 25 character game code, why am i buying a bundle with a game that cant be used?

Any tips?

 

problem with the latest space shooter bundle

The day before i purchased the space shooter bundle.

I downloaded and launched the game.

in the next screen when it says to download the content, i always get the error 80050075 and there is a problem with the download type.

i cant download the games i have bought.

restarted the console, restarted the router,erased the bundle,clear chache and still cant get the games.

i can fully download everything else, surf the internet but i cant download the games.

 

You would have to purchase the games on your account in order to have the games. Digital content cannot be transferred between accounts.

When you purchase content it is tied to the account that purchased it. On the One, any account can use the content as long as you have the console set as your Home console. If the previous owner removed that console as their Home console, you would no longer
have access to the content. Since you are not the owner of the games, you cannot retrieve them.
