Depending on where you bought it from, you may need to contact LiftForward or Klarna. Sometimes it seems that retailers aren't sorting it out properly and so the UGP ends up being processed separately and thus not connected to the console (Walmart especially)

If you want to play Xbox Series X/S games I would take your brand new Xbox One X back to the store you bought it and see if they will take it back and you could try and buy an Xbox Series S (Series X consoles are very hard to find, but a Series S can be found fairly easilly)

Ok I have both versions of GTA downloaded on my series x the Xbox one version works fine on the series x I then downloaded the series s/x version on the series x I then launched the game and it gives the error message
