Bought a new Desktop, Installed XBOX app, but I can't launch any games

    Bought a new Desktop, Installed XBOX app, but I can't launch any games


    There's no message or any error popup. I click play, made a shortcut and ran as administrator, uninstalled many times. Nothing at all.

    Sorry to hear about your issue. I've attached a link with instructions on how to do a factory reset:

    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults

    I would also recommend unplugging/resetting your router at the same time you shut down the Xbox during the factory reset. You will need your account/password information to sign back into your Xbox after the factory reset. Let us know if this works!

    I'd suggest you Power Cycle your console. If it persists, you'd probably want to Reset your Xbox to Factory Default.

    Hi there

    it sounds like you probably will have to factory reset the console to fix the issue.

    If you do that remember to click the option to keep games and apps or every game and app you have installed will be deleted.
