bought a new controller but it drifts forward

most of their new controllers are having drift on the left, thinks its to do with using it as run and the constant clicking in and forward.

They seem to be using very cheap parts lately, i bought a power a controller with rear buttons on for £30, not a single issue lol.

Iv'e bought multiple controllers over the years and iv'e only had a stick drift issue with one of my controllers and it was on it's last legs to be honest (after serving me well over the years) it was time to retire the controller and get a new one, witch
i just bought a random controller that was brand new, and i haven't had problems with stick drift in many years.

Unfortunately this will require either sending in the controller to be repaired or buying a completely new one. I had drift in my original xbox one controller and I just bought a new one.

Hi Marky. An advice? You've just bought it? It's drifting? Replace it. Look to your customer or with the Xbox support to ask for a refund or for a new controller.

they have turned into apple, they sell inferior cheap tack at a premium price.

I have seen loads and loads of posts about stick drift on a lot of new controllers, not just elite.

Best thing is i have three xbox one s controllers, all with drift on the left thumbstick, seems to be an issue when you click it in repeatedly for running in games it then gets drift very quickly. (mainly drifting up)

I bought a power A controller with two rear buttons and low and behold no drift even after three months of use.
