    Bought a game two days ago, now it won't open.


    I bought a game two days ago and played it with no issues, today I checked it and it didn't open, a pop-up said that I don't own it. I went to purchase history and it's written that the purchase was cancelled, I didn't see any report button there so I
    posted the problem here hoping for someone to help me.

    Hey AhmadBajesWV!

    The automated system should give you an option to choose another language other than English.

    Once you connect with an agent..

    the agent will be able to look into your account and see what might be causing that issue.

    Step 2 ----Select See other options

    Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

    Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
