bought a game through ms store a while ago, its now removed and i was not refunded....

I am very sorry for the problem you are going through. For this type of case, I suggest you request a REFUND, there is a form, which is as follows:

There you will have to fill out the form with some information that will be requested and you should know that in case the refund request is rejected, you will have to respond to the email they sent you explaining the reason for your refund so that the team in charge can review the request again.

You should also know that game refunds must be made before 14 days have passed since the game was purchased and the game has not been played for a long time, that is, considerable hours of play have not been accumulated. Otherwise, if these prerequisites are not met, the game cannot be refunded.

Subscriptions can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.

No as it would only be on xbox since it is NOT A play anywhere title

You couldnt have bought the pc version from ms store since it is only available on battlenet or steam on pc you wouldnt only be able to use it on steam deck or pc if you bought ir on steam

It doesnt show it on there i bought forsaken a while ago but shadow keep was recent and its not on that website iv been trying to get my expasions back for days now and im getting annoyed id like a code or a refund

Its how the bundle was sold to us....look at how the game still tries to charge 49.99...and you click it and it says you have it....then go to Xbox.com and click it and it will take you all the way through the purchase....MS simply didnt flag the Pro Digital
Editions Season Pass as the Season Pass ...Its not Activision fault its MS and their Digital Stores fault....remove the flag on the bundle....give us a refund ...and let us purchase the regular season pass that actually works....how does that take 2 weeks
to figure out!!! I think they know that if they give refunds people wont spend on this lame games dlc
