Bought a game once and I see on my bank account it charged me twice but it's not giving me...

I am very sorry for the problem you are going through, but if you can request a REFUND for it, there is a form, which is the following:

There you will have to fill out the form with some information that will be requested and you should know that in case the refund request is rejected, you will have to respond to the email they sent you explaining the reason for your refund so that the team in charge can review the request again.

You should also know that game refunds must be made before 14 days have passed since the game was purchased and the game has not been played for a long time, that is, considerable hours of play have not been accumulated. Otherwise, if these prerequisites are not met, the game cannot be refunded.

Subscriptions can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.

It doesn't show that I bought the game twice but when I check my bank statement it shows that Microsoft charged me twice.

I bought xbox live twice today and both times got charged to my bank account, but it STILL says that im not permitted to play online, they just took my money please help me man smh

HAH..... good luck - i tried to purchase a game through the console store, was charged twice on my bank account, shows no purchase in orders and support say its a "banking error" - sure cause my bank just decided to pay microsoft twice for a game!!

no matter if i provide microsoft with both proof of payments, they say the order is not on their system therefore its a banking error. So im left R2000 short, no game, no refund and no "support".

DO NOT USE THE CONSOLE MICROSOFT STORE - HAS MANY BUGS (will debit your bank account when you purchase, but will not show item as bought) AND "SUPPORT" WILL MAKE IT YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REQUEST REFUNDS THROUGH YOUR BANK (with additional charges)

I HAVE BEEN CHARGED TWICE FOR A GAME

On 29 April 2020 my son purchased GTA5 through Xbox Live For $45.46. It said it was declined so I tried to purchase it again and it told me to contact my bank. I contacted the Police Bank and they advised me that I have been debited twice. I authorize the purchase of 1 game and only want to be debited once. The game does not show up on my Xbox. Can you please help me I understand how busy you are.
