bought a game. not recieved the 1250 credits

hi there. I bought The Division gold edition this weekend. But did not recieve the 1250 credits for it. Why?

The rewards system is different since September. 1250 credits is not 1250 Microsoft Points. 1000 points is $1. So 1250 points would be $1.25.

I saw your other post in the Rewards forums. If you had 1250 Rewards credits deposited, that would not have been $15.00. Rewards credits are not the same as Microsoft points so they don't have the same conversion rate. 1250 rewards credits would only be
$1.25 USD.

 

Keep in mind it takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after completing an offer. So depending on when you purchased it, it may not have been enough time to show yet. Also, in order to qualify for that offer, the purchase has to be made using
currency from your Microsoft account balance. If you used a credit card/Paypal to make the purchase, it would not be eligible.

The first time purchase offer awards your first purchase made using your Microsoft Account as the payment method. Since your purchase was not made using your Microsoft Account, it did not complete that offer.
