Bought a Game in the Online Store (Web-Version) as a Bundle (Controller+Game)

Hey guys,

last week, I bought a BUNDLE (Forza Horizon 3 + Controller) in the poland online store (Web Version - not over the Xbox Console itself). I got the delivery of the controller really fast (i´m from Germany) but still the CODE is missing. Do anyone know how
they ship the Code for the game, if you buy a game in the Web-Version-Stor (W10) - i thought, after purchasing i will see the game in my PROFILE... but nothing.

Because what you bought in the store was a bundle? You bought Halo ODST bundled with Halo 3 multiplayer. Hence why it came on two separate discs. Putting two separate games as a download does not make sense.

It's the same reason why MGS2/MGS3, and MGS Peace Walker are separate downloads on the marketplace despite coming as a bundle in stores. Two separate games on two different discs. Same applies to Sly Cooper and Jak and Daxter on PSN. Each game is sold separately
digitally.

I might have reason why NBA 2k15 digital download won't start

Having the same issue and only Nba2k15 removed from the store the preorder bundle edition, at midnight and 5 minutes of the 10th day of October, the game worked with the digital version in the store. All games purchased in digital edition work online and
offline

I did not buy it online, I bought from a store called GAME. It was included in a Xbox One console and game bundle.

I bought it around in 2014 so it is not in warranty anymore and I don’t have a receipt from the store when I bought it.

Hey all, I think I finally found what the problem is and this might sound very stupid. But I think I bought the xbox version instead of the windows version

. It was so unclear that I bought the xbox version on the microsoft store web. I bought it as a gift to my kid, and I redeemed it myself on her account on the web. Does anyone know if I can get a refund for this or switch the game from xbox version to the windows version? as it has the same price. This is so stressfull.
