Bought a game for someone as a gift and they still haven't received the download code.

I bought my boyfriend Ark: Aberration as a gift on the Xbox app on my phone over 24 hours ago. The order went through and they charged me but when I go to view the order status it still says pending. I just tried to cancel it and order it straight off of
his Xbox but it wouldn't even let me cancel the order since the game isn't actually downloaded.

State of Decay 2 Where is Year One code??

I bought the Ultimate Edition for State of Decay 2 and have been waiting 3 days before the actual release date for my code for state of decay year one survival edition. I still haven't received it and haven't seen anything online about others having the
issue. I'm concerned about this because I bought this version of the game so I could also have that game. Please help. I would really like my code. I don't know if me buying the game for myself and as a gift for my younger brother could be an issue for this
but I would still like to know why I haven't gotten my code yet. Thano you.

If you bought it as a gift and had it sent to him he needs to check his "Messages from Xbox Live". He should have a promo code for the game and a link to download there.

How?

I did find the xbox gift card in question. It says on the Microsoft store that you will receive an email with the code that the person you wish to gift it to can input to receive the funds. So I would check if you got the emails
