Bought a game didn't give me the game

Thanks but no it didn't give me the reserve pass on the angler i paid more than needed to get it and still nothing I don't know what's wrong but the transaction went threw on my card it said I had bought the game but I don't have it and I don't know how to get a screenshot of it doesn't show it still asks me for the card that doesn't have any money on it and no other card works and i don't want to try because if it doesn't work and takes my money again than I have no money
