Bought a game, cannot redeem it

Hi everyone,

I bought a Lego game from the Dutch Microsoft Store today. After I finished my payment, it told me to select "buy" again on the product page to redeem my game. However, everytime I click "buy", it takes me right to payment again. That's why I even bought
it twice, because I thought that I was doing something wrong. I still don't know what I'm doing wrong and I feel like I tried everything... Can anyone help me please?

Edit: I talked to customer service and it's because I used iDeal and it will just take a bit longer because of the payment method! And now I also know how to ask for a refund for the second copy I bought, so everything is solved!

I just bought fallout 76 but it's not showing up in my games and apps, the store took the payment once off my card but I don't have the game anywhere in my games or ready to install, can you please help me?

If you've redeemed the code it cannot be refunded.

Otherwise they will have to do it since it's their money and account that bought it

It says for me cannot be redeemed in your region when I bought it in the same region my xbox is located

Consoles do not come with games preloaded. The game would have been bought or redeemed on the original owner's account. Digital game ownership cannot be transferred, so you would need to purchase the game in order to be able to play it.
