Bought a game but Xbox says I didn’t

Dear Microsoft.

So I just bought dead rising 4 deluxe edition because it was on sale now I decided to make the transaction on my phone (kind of my only option) because I have no pc and for some reason Microsoft decided to not make ideal transactions a option anymore on
console so my only option was through the app now I used ideal I bought the game the money actually got sent but the game isn’t downloadable for me I can send a screenshot of that the transaction is made let me know if that is useful

Xbox Live Gold Defective

I bought an Xbox Live Gold Card today. I went to redeem the code, but nothing happened! Yet, my Xbox says it’s redeemed when I typed it again.

What happened!? I should have gotten a subscription, but it didn’t and says it’s already redeemed!!!

Game pass redeem code error

I bought my Xbox one a couple of days ago and I redeemed my Xbox game pass and Xbox live the day I got it(the one month pass you Get in the box). I went to download a game pass game and found I didn’t have the game pass. So i tried to redeem the code again
but It says It has already been used?!?

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2 to 3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please try to check your games in the order games history in this following website : Microsoft account | Home

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

I has warzone downloaded, i then went to the part that says purchase multiplayer. I bought it, it billed me but i cant find the game or the ad ons and it says i need to buy the game again. Can someone help, i didn’t buy disc i bought right from the xbox
store.
