Bought a game but not present into the list

Hello everyone.

I bought a game because it was a big offer only for today: Quantum Break.

First 2 tries I receive an error. At the third tries it worked.

I paid it and received the email that confirms it. But I can't play the game because it is not present into July list of games.

So I looked into the market place and I see I can buy it for a higher price, always "only for today".

I don't wanna pay it twice, or I'm gonna pay it for a not cheap price...

What can I do to play it, now?

xbox live rewards achievements

My achievements regarding thematic game purchases have not been unlocked. I already bought titles present in the list of the month and made achievements in them.

 

Game not downloading after code redeem.

Hi,

After redeeming code 'Dance central spotlight' is not downloading. It is not present in the game list, queue nor ready to install list.

When I logged to my acconut on PC, I see that this game is already bought. Can you help me?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. First of all I would like for you to confirm the purchase of the game going through successfully. For this go ahead and check your

Order History let's make sure it does show the purchase for the game Quantum Break.

As well as we can verify this if you check your
Owned Game List.

If it shows that you do own the game and it still is trying to make you re-purchase the game
I would recommend trying to remove and re-add your
account.

Side Note: It is very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing it from the console.

If the wrong version was purchased then I do recommend for you to go ahead and request a refund for the game to buy the correct version.

Delete your profile from your Xbox, do a Power Cicle and download your profile again, If It doesn't work you should talk to support

 

PC version?

I don't use a PC for playing games. How could I buy a PC version of Quantum Break using an Xbox One app with the Xbox One console?

I can't purchase it again for the same price because it says I have already purchased it. I only can purchase as a gift for someone else.

Looking for it via Xbox Live Marketplace it gives me a different page than the one I reached via the app Microsoft Reward.

Those are the problems.

Whether I remove my account I would lose game saves?

 

Removing your account loses nothing. Game saves are cloud based and sync back to the console.
