Bought a game, but it's not present in my apps and games

Hello!

I recently bought a game outside of the Microsoft Store like I normally do. I went to activate the game, and it told me I couldn't activate it because of my language and location settings. It was set to English language and Sweden as location. No problem,
i'll change the console language to Swedish.

Worked like a charm, the game was now activated. I bought Peggle 2.

I went to install the game, but I don't see Peggle 2 at all in my installed games or games that can be installed.

I go to the store (both on the xbox and on my computer) and it says I need to buy Peggle 2. Which I obviously just activated.

Has this ever happened to you, and if so. What did you do to resolve this?

You used a code for the game?

Where did you enter the code in?

On the console?

On your computer/phone at the xbox website?

If done on the computer/phone you need to figure out what account you were signed into when you entered the code in and make sure thats the one that you are signed into on the console.

When you buy the game, restart the console. Then you will appear in the installation library.

Yes

On the xbox. I go to the store and press redeem a code. I tried also doing it on microsoft.com/redeem but it told me to do it on the xbox and it won't work on the computer.

Hey there, some games are region locked, and WILL NOT WORK in other regions, this could be why you are having issues.
