bought a forza 5 cars but it doesnt show up tried to get refund but they rejected cars are : 2018 Ferrari FXX-K E , Lamborghini Huracán EVO and 2020 BMW M8 Comp. Been trying to fix this for 3 days now tried singing out etc doesnt work contacted already support didnt help

Microsoft store also its been 3 days since i bought those cars still nothing.

Oh, sorry for that. By simply restarting your device and re-launching the game it should re-sync.

Settings > Apps > Installed Apps > Search for the game > Advanced Options > Repair.

If it's still not showing up you may need to reach out to Forza Support.

There is no direct contact with them, only by submitting a refund request and by replying to their email (refund request confirmation and refund decision).
