Bought a DLC and it doesn't activates

Hi,

I bought a DLC SnowRunner Year 1 Pass and y apears to be activated but it's not, when i go to the game everything it's locked and i can't use anything. If I go to the library from the game it sends me to the shop but it says it's already purchased.

I unistalled the game and run it again, and still doesn't work.

Can you verify a few things for me before I begin to investigate?

Are you launching the game through the Xbox App or the Microsoft Store app? If using the Microsoft Store app, I suggest using the Xbox app.

Can you verify that the Xbox app and the gaming services are updated to their most recent versions? You can do that by following the steps below:

Open the Xbox App
Click your profile icon at the top right corner of the page
Select "Settings"
Select "About" on the left panel

The first set of numbers under "Version" will display the current version of your Xbox App.

Current versions:

Xbox App: 2112.1001.10.0

Gaming Services: 3.60.12001.0

Have to tried updating the game in the Xbox app?

Is the account that purchased the content signed into whichever app you are launching the game from? If so, have you tried signing out and signing back in?

Did you purchase the SnowRunner – Year 1 Pass (Windows 10) version and not the SnowRunner – Year 1 Pass for console?

Can you verify that you're signed in with the same account that owns the DLC in the Xbox app? It is possible that there could be a bug with the game that's causing this issue. I have the same issue. I have Snowrunner downloaded through game pass. I bought the Year 1 Pass (Windows10) and it doesn't unlock anything in game. Everything is up to date. And there is no download button for the year 1 pass. It says "Ready to use in-game, no download needed"

I'm able to get Flight to launch without DLC.

But because the DLC is activated under my account that doesn't have a purchase history I'm unable to get the DLC.

I'm having the exact same issue i've bought the china rising dlc and when i try to play any of the maps it just says download dlc but i've already bought it, tried uninstalling the dlc and clearing the cache but still nothing its as though the dlc is there
in front of me but as not been activated, hope they fix soon.
