    havent got any vip stars or points

    Ive bought a bunch of games over the years and i havent got any vip stars or any kinda points at all i even bought call of duty bo3 from xbox store when we could preorder it for points so i did preorder and never got my points for it plus all the other games

    Are you looking for credits from a specific offer?

    If you're looking for VIP rebates, rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month so it's too soon to see credits pending for November purchases.
