I've been dealing with this issue for well over a year now. It seems every two or three months the Realms Plus subscription ends up expired again.

The first couple times this happened I ended up double-paying to get it restarted again.

Ever since then, I end up having to open a ticket.
The best I get from Mojang support is that they'll reactivate the Realm, but this doesn't solve the problem.
I've cancelled and restarted the subscription but this also did not fix the problem.

It only seems like they're concerned with closing out the ticket. There seems to be no investigation, no acknowledgement that anything is wrong. Just, reactivate and close the ticket.

This last time there was no warning. I played one day, then went to play again the next day and the realm was expired, unavailable. There was no way to even download the realm.

I've double-paid for two months, lost probably another month and a half's worth of play, and there seems to be no progress made on fixing the issue.

At this point I've given up and canceled the subscription for good. I bought two copies of Minecraft with the expectation of using them with the Realms subscription, but had I known how broken it was I never would have bought them.

I'll see if I can get a refund for the two copies of the game, but considering that Mojang refuses to provide any sort of refund for the times I was unable to use my paid Realms subscription, I doubt I'll get anywhere on the game refund.

I bought a dvd disc cleaner from Tescos for about £6 when I got disc read errors, never had the issue since, that was 6 months ago

On april 1st i purchased six months of xbox live using the major nelson promotion which said that if i bought 6 months of xbox live i would recieve 5 free games which were supposed to be toy soldiers, halo reach, kinect sports, gunstringer and fable 3.
I have checked both of my emails and both the inbox and spam folders and have yet to recieve anything.

I have contacted customer support as well.
