Bought a 3 month game pass can't install new games

For subscription issues, I recommend to contact Customer Support for further assistance in troubleshooting

Game pass is awesome. I LOVE getting achievements, and game pass makes it so much easier to get a bunch of new games and start working on new achievements. I wish that you could keep the games that you install using the game pass IF you have had that game
for say at least a year and paid for the game pass each month. Like, that is a $120 dollars (for me) for a whole year and if I bought the game a year ago and now I can't afford the game pass for next month, I wish I could keep that game.

I cancelled the xbox game pass and bought the pc beta and I still can't install the game, it also isn't letting me uninstall the xbox companion as well as install the new one.

Hi, yes, you're right, I bought the SAME Game Pass 3 month deal to my friend on the 18th of october for 25CZK and I can see that after a month on the 18th of December the Game Pass subscription was renewed for 339CZK. Still, the Game Pass was supposed to last 3 month but it renewed after just 1 month.

Ultimate include Gold, in detail, Ultimate include:

• Xbox Live Gold
• Xbox Game Pass
• PC Game Pass

If you bought 3 month of Ultimate, now you have all prepaid Gold month + 3 month of total Xbox Game Pass Ultimate duration period.
