Bought 3month gold still not received minecraft

bought 3 month gold membership whilst deal for micecraft was active and I still haven't received he code.

cant redeem xbox live code, getting error, sorry but an unexpected error has occured

i bought the xbox live gold for 3months, from tesco, checked its from ireland, so changed my location to ireland, still not working, bought yesterday so have waited for abour 12 hours now...any suggestions ???

 

3 months gold and never got Minecraft

I did the 3months gold but never got my code for Minecraft it's been 2 months

Did you purchase Xbox Live Gold through the Minecraft + Gold page through the Xbox One dashboard, or did you purchase a 3 Month Xbox Live Gold pre-paid code and redeem it? If you redeemed and Xbox Live Gold code, unfortunately you will not qualify for this
promotion. To qualify for this promotion, 3 Months or 12 Months of Xbox Live Gold must be purchased through the Minecraft + Gold promotion page directly through the Xbox One console with a credit card on file.
