    bought 3 sets of puzzles and was charged but none of them have ever downloaded !!! What's up ?

    bought one of them twice and didn't get a download on any of them. says download seems to begin to start then dies ~~ no sure what to do. Didn't pay cash used my points to pay !!!!!

    Could you give these steps a shot and let us know how it goes? If the issue persists after following both suggestions below, please post back which region you're located in, and which version of Windows your PC is running (Windows 8, 8.1, or Windows 10).

    1. To uninstall programs, to go Settings.

    2. On the Start menu select Settings.

    3. Select System > Apps & features.

    1. 4. Select the program, and then select Uninstall. Some apps built in to Windows can't be uninstalled.
    2. 5. Follow the directions on the screen.
    3. Within the Windows Store, search 'Microsoft Jigsaw' to install the game back on.

    If the issue persists after trying those steps, let's make sure you have enough storage on your PC to fit these puzzles on. Press the Windows key, search 'Storage', and open up the Storage settings option that pops up. If your storage is red, that may be
    the cause of the issue. Please be sure to clear any items off of your PC you do not need to make room for the puzzles if that's the case.

    Post back and let us know how it goes!

    MW3 problems with downloading map packs!

    Same problem. Bought 3 of the DLC packs in the recent sale. From the in-game store you get an error message, but the files get added to the download queue anyway. Sadly, however, none of them download successfully. What is going on?
