Bought 3 months to get free Minecraft, haven't received code.

Good evening,

I bough a 3 month xbox Live subscription on a promo seen on the xbox dashboard. It said that I would get Minecraft for free if I bought the 3 month (there was also an expanded minecraft for a 12 month but I did the 3 month). I bought the xbox live on 7/9/2017.
My xbox live does work I have played Black Ops 3 online. There was no code sent to me yet and I was prompted to buy it from the Minecraft trial version so I know I don't own it. I talked with customer support and refreshed my account and console and still
didn't get it. Help on this matter would be appreciated.

I bought 3 months Xbox Live and it's supposed to come with a free copy of Minecraft Xbox One edition but I haven't received a code yet

same issue. I bought mine 2/10/18 and still haven't received my free 3 months code...

 

You should receive the code by July 31. If you don't have it by that date, you'll need to post back here.

I'm sorry to see any issues with this promotion, however this promotion ended on 6/26. Because you purchased it on 7/9, you do not qualify to receive Minecraft. We are currently looking into why the offer was still showing, and I'm sorry to see that you
were impacted by this. If you would like Minecraft: Xbox One Edition, you will need to purchase it at this time.
