Bought 2tb Gears of war 4 Xbox One S bundle one month ago, still no Gears 1, 2, 3, or ...

So, about a month ago, I went out and bought an Xbox one S 2TB Gears of war 4 bundle, under the impression that I was also entitled to digital copies of Gears of War 1, 2, 3, and Judgement. After reading the fine print, I also played Gears 4 on xbox live
so I could get my copies of the game, a few days go by, and still no games... I call in and I'm told that it should be 7 to 10 days to get a notification in my message center. It has now been a month of waiting, and no games, no messages, nothing... I've called
twice now, and talked with someone over the chat who directed me here, and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Would like to talk to someone about the gow 4 ultimate edition xbox 1s bundle

i bought the gears of war 4 xbox 1 s ultimate edition 2tb bundle about a month ago and i have yet to get the first 3 gears of war games and i would like to know why and get those games

 

Gears of War 4 limited edition Bundle does not come with gears of war 1-3 and judgement

Upon purchasing the Gears of War 4 limited edition Xbox one S 2tb bundle, you will NOT receive a code for the previous Gears of War games: Gears of War 1, 2, 3 nor Judgement. Be aware of this upon purchasing at your local store. Being a manager at a Gamestop,
we have no control of issuing these codes. That promotion ONLY works with physical copies of the game, and purchased over Xbox live, NOT THROUGH THE BUNDLE. Buyer beware

 

it can take up to a month for you to get the codes the earliest is Nov 7th for ultimate and 11th for regular preorders assuming they aren't behind

And yes it not when you bought the console but when you redeemed the code and downloaded it which means Oct 7th not when you ordered it

You will just have to wait for your turn in the code waves
