Bought 2000 platinum in Diablo IV through Xbox and cannot access it.

That being said, I would like to ask if you could share a link to the in-game currency you purchased because, based on the information you provided, it seems that you acquired the platinum points for the Xbox edition of Diablo IV. Not for the PC version.

If that was the case, you may want to request a refund and purchase the currency inside Diablo IV.

With regards to this error message you are getting, if it is confirmed that your order went through successfully via https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders page then you should be able to access the game.

The most common reason for this error to appear are as follow:

1. If you are receiving this, you do not have access to the early access portion of Diablo IV, you need to wait to play the full game when it releases on June 5th at 4pm PST. You will be unable to play early access if you have pre-ordered the standard edition.

2. This includes anyone attempting to access the title via the home sharing option as accounts utilizing this feature are not granted early access. Early Access to Diablo IV is only granted for anyone who pre-orders a Digital Deluxe or Ultimate Edition before the official launch.

3. The official launch for Diablo IV begins on June 5th at 4 p.m. PDT. This is when owners of any edition of Diablo IV can begin their journey.

I have a similar issue,

The process for acquire the ultimate edition for Xbox series x (buy It on preorder, xbox+ diablo base edition) was as folllows

In game, on shop I purchase a 2500+300 platinum first and then a 200 platinum.

In game, purchase the ultimate edition with platinum.

Current version says base edition install on xbox (74 GB download)

If i check ok Xbox store the available editions, show the price for purchase.

Anyone know whats going on?

I cannot access games that I have bought but I can access games that my friend bought through game sharing. microsoft needs to fix this ASAP.

Please confirm on your order history https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ if your transaction for the Digital Deluxe version went through successfully and says completed.
